How do I return an item?

The Canada Employee Sleep Program warrants your mattress and foundation purchase from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the original purchase date.

Manufacturers warranties are also valid on all purchases for periods of 5, 10 or 25 years. Proof of original purchase must be presented at time of claim.

The Canada Employee Sleep Program also recognizes a 60 day comfort guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress purchase, you may upgrade or exchange your mattress (of equal or greater value) within a 60 day period from date of delivery ($150 exchange fee applies). Note that mattresses can only be exchanged with original packaging including all tags and manufacturer bag with label. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item.
